The agency was formed in 2011 and is developing projects in the field of media art, sound art, and contemporary composition by doing performances and art installations, organising festivals and exhibitions worldwide.
The laboratory was launched in 2014 and is elaborating on projects that exist on the ground between sound studies, physiology, and social science: generative sound environments, sonic environments in public spaces, the sound agenda of cities, etc.

This collaborative project across Russia and Europe brings together curators from the underground audiovisual, sound art and experimental music scenes, projecting the possibilities of those liminal worlds into the exhibition space.

JUST TAKE TIME TO LISTEN
I have been doing field recordings for over 15 years now, I've come to the conclusion that the best field recordings I did are those that I haven't recorded. That means that instead of recording and fussing with the recorder, mics, and cords, I chose to listen carefully and memorize it.
In 2013 I began to practice attentive listening as well as recording and studying sound landscapes on the streets of various cities, as well as in apartment buildings and public spaces because they always conceal a very interesting palette of sounds. Over time, it grew into a sound study project Just Take Time To Listen — a study of the human relation with public spaces and buildings through the soundscape.

The audiovisual work made by Gleb Glonti and Mikhail Myasoedov was commissioned by Ruarts Foundation for the opening exhibition in the brand new space in Trubnikovsky Lane.
The Eternal Values project is based on the data of the collection converted to sound and video with the help of various data manipulation algorithms and math functions.

VOICED ARCHITECTURE
The collaboration with the architectural bureau LOGIC is focused on the transformation of the visible architectural landscape into a concrete musical composition where the sound becomes the interpreter from the language of blueprints and 3D models to the language of music.
A sound artist as an architect works with time and space but in this specific case, the positioning of the lasting object in the environment is being dictated (despite the composer's will) by the development of the definite space and the architectural objects in it.

For the exhibition Geometry of Now by V—A-C Foundation he presented a large site-specific installation in the basement level of GES-2, using the principle of "cocktail party effect" – our ability to focus on a particular stimulus while filtering out a range of others.
